Rick Hill - 50 Years in the Officiating Program

Hockey Nova Scotia and the HNSOP wishes to recognize Rick Hill for his 50th year in the Officiating Program. Rick has contributed countless time and effort over the years, both as an on-ice official and as a supervisor/instructor/assignor.
